Speed of the Blog: Steps to Make Money Online

by: Gregg B
There is the blog, waiting for you to make the right choice, to make money online. It can be a ride, putting together a profitable blog by writing every day. You need to write fast if you truly want to make money in the very beginning. Use that speed on your blog. This guide is more than a look at ways to make money online. You can earn a blogging income. You can make money online by writing. It's that simple. Let me tell you a story, of a blogging world where speed is crucial, where you can build an online career. Here are the steps.

Building Blogging Cash: Smile at the blogging cash. It means you're a success. Speed blogging is its own definition of the way to build something. On the internet, speed wins over quality. Don't rush through everything, but you should consider speed building in the beginning. These steps can be looked at in various ways. It's more than just steps to make money online, because as we go forward, you will notice your own ideas being put together faster.

Speed Wins, Speed Earns: You can learn this the easy way. Do that. Speed will win you over readers, because you will reach a larger audience. Speed wins because you will see more readers coming to read more posts on your blog. Speed means earning faster. Sound easy? It isn't. Consider it like a novel in the beginning: novels, in the first draft, are often races to the finish. The more you write, the more you uncover. Thoughts come fast. And keywords, which will be discussed later, come out of your typing naturally. You can edit forever, but the first draft is where the voice comes out.

Speed Means Writing: Writing speed helps. There will be other assets to your speed blogging, but that is crucial to gaining a steady online income. Writing usually means a hidden structure. Structure helps you create more. Many books focus on structure as a means to writing more, and do so because speed is something all writers want. How do you get there? You get there by writing every day. The blog you started a month ago, maybe the one you forgot about, can help you make money online. Online income is big. But, I hear you saying, you have no time!

Earning Time, Earning Online Income: Making money online is an odd way to say online income, but it seems to define the basics. Earning time is simple: you earn it by rewarding yourself, by making the right blogging choices. Sign up for a track counter on your blog, which allows you to see your visitor count. A good one to use is StatsCounter. This will show you what's popular on your blog, providing a page by page breakdown, and show you where to spend the majority of what time you have. Maybe now you will have a more focused goal for earning online income with a blog. Do you want it to be steady? Let's talk about structure.

Structure Works: There is a hidden structure to every piece of good writing. A creative writer can put one and two together, forming a story (and they're all stories in some sense) to reach a reader. To make money online you will need to understand the speed of blog writing, true, but you will also want to learn this hidden structure. It's fairly complicated to say, but simple in practice. One crucial point of the hidden structure to speed blogging for online income is the "You-Factor". Sure, you lead an interesting life, and write about it on your blog. How does it apply to me? Even in paid posts, especially in paid posts, you will want to relate to your reader. Many think using "you" is wrong. That's a big mistake. Using "you" engages the reader. It helps them find a reason to keep reading, and maybe return to your blog. That's a huge victory.

Earning Blogging Income: There are hundreds of topics on this subject. Speed, in no place more pronounced, works especially well when you are using paid post sites like Pay Per Post or Smorty to make money online. This means a blogging career, earning blogging cash. Those are big things. Here is an example: you use Smorty.com for paid blogging, typing up short posts for high pay. However, the opportunities on Smorty are available to everyone. You pick one, you have to write on it. Speed comes in: the faster you can write, the faster you will get to the next paid post. One post at a time, that's the way it goes. Not all sites are like that, but you will learn a good lesson in paid blogging if you understand it. There it is, the reason to speed up your blogging career.

Days of the Keyword: Fast writing, in another sense, is full of keywords. Keywords are your path to build an online career, gaining online income on a daily basis. You can use all the keywords you want on a blog, on any given post. This applies to the structure of your speed blogging. For one, if you can outline a piece choosing 2-4 strong keywords, and use them, you will find success. If you write fast on important topics, with these keywords and a structure, I guarantee you'll have more than just a good time, as you will be earning blogging cash.

how to benefit from blogging

by: Gregg B
If you already own a website you might want to consider turning a part of your website into a blog. A blog will help you make the most out of your web presence by offering your visitors daily or even weekly updates. By maintaining keeping your website visitors updated you will help your business running strong during hard months.

If you do not have a blog or website, starting a blog will help small business owners with little web design knowledge and a very small budget maintain a professional online presence.

Most web designers will charge less to design and install a new blog than they would charge to design and install a traditional html website. Blogging has already become extremely popular with many established businesses. Those who have not already started taking advantage are quickly noticing the changes.

Quite a few business owners have even began shutting down their traditional websites and replacing them with custom designed blogs. Those business owners that have not shut their traditional website have instead added blogs to be used to tell visitors about important updates or sales.

Before adding a blog your website or switching to a blog format, take the time to experiment with different blog platforms. Once you know more about blogging you will be able to decide whether or not blogging is right for your business. By starting out using blogging for personal news and updates you will be able to grow comfortable with the different blogging platform options and the benefits of running a blog on a professional level.

Many website owners have discovered that switching to a blog or adding a blog to their website will keep them from being at the mercy of their website designers. At some point or another business owners have needed a fast update to advertise a special event or sale. On many occasions web designers will not be able to complete an update for at least 24 hours. In some instances the update could take a week, costing your business valuable time and lost revenue. By using a blog your business will no longer be dependent upon a web designer.

Running a blog makes it possible for web site owners to take charge of when and how information is posted on their site. No more waiting on web designers to become available. Many business owners have found that their sales and traffic increased almost instantly when they were able to take charge of the information on their site. Visitors and potential clients were no longer shown the same, boring, information day after day. Now visitors are constantly exposed to new deals and information which will encourage them to visit your businesses website daily.

Blogs also give potential clients and readers a chance to interact with a business. They are able to comment on individual posts and pages to share their feedback or even offer suggestions. Not only are you the business owner able to read this valuable customer feedback, you can also choose to show the comments to the public allowing other clients to see real customer feedback. Sometimes blog comments can be more valuable than any customer testimonial.

Many prospective customers choose their products and services based on the businesses reputation. Positive reviews and feedback on your products and services can often be more effective than an expensive marketing campaign. The comments can also provide an unofficial FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section. Many surfers will often read a posts that relates to their questions and problems to see if the comments answer their questions before they will visit a sites FAQ. By making comment posts visible to all visitors you will probably answer the questions of many potential clients.

Also, responding to any comments left by customers, even if you are only saying "thank you", will show your potential clients how well your company treats customers. This will make a potential client feel more confident about doing business with your company for the first time. It will also help establish a possible reputation for your online business.

Please remember to monitor all comments that are being left on your blog. Most blogging platforms will let the website owner moderate all comments prior to the public being able to view them. This will help avoid comment spam. Many companies sell software that will automatically send comments to blogs that cover certain subjects. Some of these comments could be offensive so manually monitoring comments will help avoid embarrassing situations.

Even if you do not have a business online or otherwise that needs to be promoted you can still benefit from a blog. Many of the most profitable and popular blogs on the Internet today started out as personal diaries or commentary blogs. By adding ads to your blog or doing other things to capitalize on traffic you can turn your casual past time into a profitable business venture.

by: editor123
We all are dependent on Search Engine for promoting our site. Although search engine plays an important role in enhancing cost-of-traffic but still we must not leave other options available for Web Promotion. Social Media: Build presence in Myspace and Facebook and promoted your content on Digg, Netscape, and Reddit to attract large audience.

There are many more like Ad Networks, Webinars/Video, Sponsored Reviews, etc, which increase traffic. Hence we can attract traffic in the above manner if we won't find search engine existing in the web world.

by: timothy C
Chances are that if you're reading this you have either started blogging or are going to begin very soon. You might be blogging just for fun and heard that you can make a little money from your blog or your sole intent could be to make money from your blog.

I'll give several methods of making money with your blog which are free to you except that you have to devote your time to the blogging and the work needed to implement the techniques.

How To Make Money From Your Blog

There are several ways to profit from your blogging efforts and I'll provide some here and there are probably others that I haven't thought of or that haven't been explored yet. You could come up with something unique on your own.

* Google Adsense - Sign up for a free account with Google and place ads on your blog

* Affiliate Marketing - Promote other people's products on your blog and earn a commission from them

* Advertising - When your blog has a good following, sell ad space to companies

* Blog for others - There are websites and companies that hire others to blog for them

* Sell - Create your own product and promote it in your blog

Hopefully this list will give you some good ideas on how to begin. Test the methods out and see what works for you. Again, this isn't a complete list so feel free to do some experimenting on your own.

Blog Advertising Money Links Paid

The first method that is often suggested is to go with Google Adsense. There are several reasons for that. It is a tried and true method of earning extra income on sites and blogs. Google is a well known company. If is also free to sign up with them and easy to get started. It is especially easy to place Adsense on a free Blogger blog. Blogger is also a Google company.

Adsense can help you get your feet wet and get you started earning while you develop a following and branch out into other things. If you haven't made any money online yet, then you'll feel a little rush when you check your stats for Adsense and see your first earnings. And, that will get your hungry for more and keep you motivated.

Blogging-Earn with Fun

by: subhash sharma
Phone calls, text messages, emails, instant messages - these are our high-tech modes of staying in touch with friends and family and pursuing that coveted other. I am going to suggest another way to stay in touch and make new friends: blogging.

That's right, blogging. First, what is a blog?

The word blog comes from the combination of the terms web and log: weblog, which was shortened to blog. A blog is an online collection of thoughts, ideas, reflections, responses, and opinions, or simply a means of communicating with an audience. Blogs have become a hot business tool, used for grass roots communication between companies and their various publics.

However, blogs actually originated as online diaries. The traditional hand-written diary segued into electronic form, especially among techies and computer geeks. Now blogs are mainstream, and a tremendous political, business, and personal force. Some say blogging is the catalyst for the re-enactment of true democracy. Okay, democracy, politics, and business aside, what can a blog do for you in making new friends?

Lots. Let's take a look at a few aspects of blogging to help you get started:

1. Setting up

2. Deciding what to write about, and

3. Making connections Setting Up

Please forgive me if you already know this stuff, but I'm sure some of you may not, and so to the others: please bear with. There are a number of free online sites where you can set up your own blog. Three of the most popular are:

www.blogger.com

www.livejournal.com

www.wordpress.com

The setup for all three is pretty straightforward and the instructions are clear. The main challenge you'll have is in coming up with a name for your blog that hasn't already been taken. Deciding What to Write About Now that you've got this thing set up, what do you write about? Okay, the premise that brought you here was to meet people, right? Preferably people of the opposite sex? Well, most of the tools and techniques we've been talking about relative to dating and relationships hold true here as well. First, write about stuff that interests you, stuff about which you are passionate. Now, you can approach a blog in one of two ways. You can:

1. Write about a single topic; say the upcoming presidential election, or your passion for horses.

2. Keep a reflective blog where you comment on a variety of issues, problems, and your daily life.

Making Connections Now, here's where you've got to do a little work. Your goal is to make connections. So to do that, you need to find other blogs with topics that appeal to you and/or are on topics that you're also writing about. When you come upon these blogs, you should comment on entries that inspire you in some way. Go back to the same blogs on a regular basis, leaving more comments, as well as a link to your blog. After keeping in contact with selected bloggers on a regular basis, you will find yourself developing new friendships and relationships based on topics of mutual interest or passion.

Online Blogging Pays You Dollars

by: xshubhnisha
Do you have a Blog or Personal Online Journal? If the answer is yes, did you know that it's possible to earn money from your Blog? I earn plenty from my own Blogspots - maybe not enough to think of retiring in the near future, but enough to allow me some extra luxuries in life and who knows how much I'll be earning in a few years or even just a few months!

I love writing Blogs because I love passing on information that I've researched myself. Best of all, I only spend a couple of hours each week writing on my blogspots - I spend several more hours researching information because I also love to learn and believe that no matter how much I think I know about a subject, there's always new stuff to learn - I'm a bit of an information junkie!

If you already know plenty about a particular subject then it won't take long at all to write a few paragraphs about it and have your blog up and running. Obviously, writing about what you love helps because, in the beginning, the money you earn is a bonus rather than an income that will allow you to give up your day job.

Search engines visit blogs so your site will probably get listed quickly - Google actually own www.blogger.com so if you want traffic this is a good site to start your blog on. It's a good idea to also insert Google Adsense and even a Google Search box because you'll also earn money when any of your visitors decide to click an ad or do a search - more bonus cash for little effort. Blogger also has a tool that you can use to notify all the search engines when you update your site.

Another way to make cash from your blog is to add a few affiliate links - find products that fit in with the theme of your blog, sign up as an affiliate, put a link on your blog and hopefully watch some more bonus cash roll in - again, it's simple but effective! If you're not familiar with affiliate marketing then let me tell you right now that this is an extremely good earner. I usually get my affiliate www.clickbank.com and www.affiliatefuture.com so pay them a visit and get some links to get started. Myself."

Another way to get traffic to your blog is to ask visitors to sign up to your own newsletter and then send them a link each time you make a new post. - Once a week is plenty otherwise they may get fed up with you bombarding their inbox.

That's about all there is to it - it's quick, it's easy and it has the potential to earn you a fairly decent income. If you have the time to spare then don't stop at one blog because the more sites you have the more visitors you'll get and the more money you'll earn.

There are many people earning a very good living writing their blogs. The biggest tips are to find niche areas that not many others are promoting, get some affiliate links and some good quality content information. Remember to add Google Adsense and possibly a Google search box to your site and then just check your visitors and earnings each day.

about Google Blogger

by: Ajay kumar
Google Blogger is one of the easiest and most complete blogging solutions currently available on the Internet. Anyone can sign up and start blogging in a manner of minutes with the easy to navigate interface and tools it provides. But, there are a lot of things you probably don't know about Blogger, hidden within the more advanced features of the site. These clever add-ons make it easier and more fun to post to your blog each day and can give you a slight edge over your fellow bloggers in drawing new traffic. No Bandwidth or Storage Limits In a world where storage has become incredibly cheap and video super sites are the norm, it makes sense that Blogger would not instill any limits on your website for storage. In addition though, Blogger makes it so you can receive as much traffic as you are capable of generating. No matter how much content you post and how many visitors you draw, Blogger remains free for the life of your blog and that's a great deal considering how many features are built in. Free Catch Support for Anti-Spam Spam is a major problem, especially for bloggers. If you talk to anyone who owns a private blog on their own server, or even those individuals with blogs on other services, you will learn that they constantly receive large quantities of spam. Blogger, by default, is built with spam detection and blocking device that can keep your blog from getting over run by unwanted spam comments. You can not only turn on the CAPTCHA software that requires a code to be entered whenever someone makes a comment; you can also require logins to Blogger to post comments or put commenting in a separate window so that spammers with automated software are tripped up. All of these options are available from Blogger's settings pages. Blog by Email and SMS By far one of the coolest additions to blogging in recent years, Blogger allows you to post blog messages from a cell phone or email inbox. From the settings menu of Blogger, you can set a specialized email address that will post anything you email to it directly to your blog. This allows you to make blog posts from a smart phone or via a work or school computer on which Blogger might be locked. SMS features allow similar functionality, posting remotely to your blog. Post in HTML you can get very creative with your posts if you desire and post directly in HTML. Most people choose to use the built in text editor in Blogger, but what few people realize is that they can change almost any feature on the page by using the HTML editor. This allows you to use different colors, change font sizes, insert tables, or use a template for posts from a third party website. The possibilities are endless. Themes and Skins When you sign up for Blogger, you are asked to select the visual depiction of your blog using a specific template. However, you can change this template any time you want by installing a new one. Located across dozens of websites are templates that allow you to change the color, number of columns, location of posts, and any number of visual features on your blog. Do a quick search on Google for "Blogger Templates" and you will find hundreds waiting to be used. Google Tool Integration Google operates countless services for webmasters and that includes some of the most useful ones for bloggers. AdSense integrates directly into Blogger through a simple to select Blogger option in the Template menu. Simply click on "Add new page element" and choose AdSense and you can add your AdSense account to your page. Other great tools offered by Google include Analytics, which allows you to track the visitors to your website, including where they came from, what keywords they searched for, what pages they viewed, and dozens of other statistic. Webmaster Tools is another essential tool that Google operates that allows you to track how your blog appears in the search engines.

Great concept of Blogs - Power Blogging

by:abhijeetdep
Because the search engines index blogs very quickly, blogging can be a good way to get your company or product to a wider audience. There are two ways to do this, either closely align your blog with your product, or blog about the market your product serves and reference your product. For the first it makes a deal of sense to include either your company or major product name in the blog title and domain. In fact you could just install a blog in a sub-directory of your main website which would tie it in very closely with your company. Many web hosts now have a domain control panel which enable Word press blogs to be installed almost completely automatically. I would suggest Word press as suitable blog software as there are an enormous number of add-ons and plugins available to make your blog look and act exactly as you want. A second option would be to register a suitable domain, install Word press on it and go from there.

If you want to initially distance yourself from your product, then you might well find it easiest to register a blog with one of the major blog hosts and set yourself up as a special interest blogger. You may wish to do this to attract visitors who might not frequently visit your site but are interested in the markets you serve. If you sell wine for instance you could blog about wine in general and reference the special offers that you sell, maybe including short tasting notes. It might be beneficial to come clean about your association in an About Me page, as being professionally involved in a specific market adds a certain authority to what you write. It would be clear to frequent visitors that you only mention one company but they would have initially been attracted by the content, and would most likely continue to visit as long as the content is valuable to them. The important thing about doing it this way is that your content should hold up regardless of your promotion of your product otherwise you won't get visitors returning. Blogging for pleas if anything this is the most rewarding way to blog. Writing about something you have a passion for is most likely to get visitors who share the same passion and can grow a community as you link to other blogs which have the same focus. If you leave the comments turned on, you will get visitors posting their replies to you which can help you gauge reaction to your opinions. But beware, you may not always like what people say about you! It's not compulsory, but you may also be able to make a little money from Adsense or affiliate sales as long as you don't overdo the adverts because you will have a much targeted audience reading the blog. Whether you are blogging for business or pleasure, the important things to remember are: Write in your own style, don't try and copy anyone else. Use original content. You can use other material, but make sure you are not breaking copyright and add your own content... Pace yourself. Don't start out intending to post every day if you don't have the time.

by: hkaur786
The hobby of blogging has now become a great way to earn a little extra money and be a side business. There are still many people who enjoy blogging as their hobby or a way to display their creativity but at the same time, earning some money on the side. So where do you draw the line? If you are a first time blogger or have been blogging for a long time, the first thing you need to decide before making that first post is what your motivation really is. If your number one goal for blogging is to make lot money, you should probably look for a different business. Focus on your readers first and when you are trying to meet their needs first is when you receive the most benefits. If you want to know what they want to read, ask them. A lot of times you don't even need to ask them, you can just read the different comments that they have left. Many will leave suggestions for other posts or ask questions that could spark a whole new topic. When you are focusing on your readers, they will enjoy what they are reading and pass the blog onto others. If you are making a little extra money from your blog, then treat it like a business. Try your best to get good advertisements and publicity. There is much to learn by treating your blog like a business, whether or not you are looking for it. Reward yourself for that hard work before you invest the money in the blog or a different business. And don't feel guilty by earning money from your hobby. There are hundreds out there doing just the same. If you feel like you have what it takes to be a good blogger but don't really know where to start or how to set it all up with the advertisers, the links, making posts and everything else then a partnership would be the right way to go. If you can't find someone who wants to go into business with you, there are plenty of bloggers who are looking for writers all the time. Look for what fits your personality the best. Don't settle for the first job you find because there are plenty of opportunities available. Blogging can be a great way to earn some extra money, just find what works best for and stick to it!
